By downloading, installing, or using SignMint: PDF Editor & Tools ("SignMint", "the application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

You are solely responsible for all documents, images, text, signatures, and files that you view, import, edit, sign, organize, or export using SignMint.

• Authorization: You represent and warrant that you possess all necessary rights, permissions, and authority to access, modify, sign, or convert the documents you process through the app.
• Lawful Use: You agree not to use the application for any unlawful purpose, including modifying documents without proper legal authorization, forging signatures, or infringing third-party copyrights.

4. Electronic Signatures & Legal Disclaimer

SignMint provides electronic drawing and stamping tools to facilitate signing PDF documents on your device.

The legal validity and enforceability of electronic signatures vary significantly by jurisdiction, governing law, and document type (e.g., deeds, wills, court documents, or commercial agreements). It is your sole responsibility to ensure that an electronic signature created with this application meets the specific legal, regulatory, or institutional requirements of your jurisdiction and use case.

5. Document Conversion & Fidelity

SignMint includes features for converting office formats (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and images to PDF on-device.

While SignMint utilizes high-precision rendering engines, document conversion and formatting are provided on a best-effort basis. Complex proprietary formatting, non-standard typography, macros, and embedded vector objects may render differently than in original desktop office suites. You are advised to review converted output before relying on it for critical purposes.

6. Application Provided "As-Is"

SignMint is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developers and contributors of SignMint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or documents arising out of your access to or use of the application.

The application may display advertisements or provide links to third-party services (such as Google Mobile Ads, Google Play, or external email/sharing applications). We do not control or endorse third-party content and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or privacy practices.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting to this website with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the application after changes constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
